Alterations and additions to an existing 2-storey detached dwelling comprising of the demolition of an existing entrance porch and an existing single storey kitchen extension to the rear, the demolition of an existing single storey garage extension to the gable-end of the existing dwelling and the construction of a new 2-storey/part-single storey extension to the gable-end and rear in lieu of same. The proposed works will also comprise the construction of a new single storey entrance porch and bay window extension to the front elevation, alterations to existing window openings to the front, side, & rear elevations, together with the construction of a new roof incorporating the conversion of the extended attic space, with new velux rooflights to the front, side, and rear elevations, and alterations including the widening of the existing vehicular entrance, with new pedestrian access gate to the front boundary of the property, and all associated ancillary site works including connections to existing services.

Permission was granted on 29 Jul 2026. Third parties may appeal within four weeks; after that the permission is final and works can start once a commencement notice is lodged.
