The Proposed Development consists of the development of wastewater network upgrades. In all the Proposed Development will consist of: a Motor Control Centre (MCC) Kiosk; a washwater booster kiosk; a telemetry pole; a passive odour control vent stack; an underground storage tank; a vehicular access to Bearna Park, with an access gate; a bitmac vehicular access road, with turning circle; site landscaping (including green roof implementation, ivy walls and tree / grass / wildflower planting); and, all associated ancillary works.
