PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Amendments to the approved Reg. Ref. WEBDSDZ5602/25 (as previously approved under Reg. Refs. 3752/21, 4154/22, 5299/22 and DSDZ3932/23) as follows: (i) provision of a Penthouse Louvre (rooftop ventilation unit) to the roof above stair 03 on the 10th floor, (ii) provision of a door at ground floor level on the north elevation, (iii) all associated site works and landscaping necessary to facilitate the proposed development at No. 2 Grand Canal Dublin 2. No. 1 Grand Canal Quay, Dublin 2 is included as part of the current application site however, no works are proposed to this building as part of this application. The Malt House, Grand Canal Quay, Dublin 2 is not included as part of the current application site and no works are proposed to this building as part of this application.
