PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The development will consist/consists of: (i) The provision of a single pedestrian gate, ( 0.98 metres wide ) into the existing railings fronting on to Temple Road. The gate is to match the material, detail and scale of the existing railings and is to be positioned some 6.2 metres westwards from the shared boundary with no.46. (ii) The repositioning of the existing brick pier to the existing vehicular entrance by 0.4 metres in order to widen the entranceway for car access to 3.11 metres and all associated landscaping and ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development. Note new, painted steel gates are to be provided, replacing the existing gate, which is a non-original, modern gate.
