Part removal of single storey kitchen/storage area to the north west (rear) of the property and the construction of a new two storey /part single storey extension to the north and east facing elevations comprising new kitchen dining space, family room/laundry/plant room at ground level together with new master bedroom/dressing room/ensuite and 5th bedroom with ensuite at first floor level with new hipped tile finished roof. 2. Internal alterations, including a new staircase, wc, pantry, bootroom at ground floor level, new selected double glazed windows including new bootroom entrance to side. 3. Works will include revised drainage, landscaping/ancillary site works and widening of existing gate to 3.5m width. 4. New single storey garden room/store within rear garden.
