The development for which planning permission is sought will consist of a 55 sq. m. single storey extension to the Burns Unit to accommodate a dayroom and staff office. The development for which retention permission is sought consists of an 81.8 sq. m. elevated plant room erected to the west of the Burns Unit and a service bridge extension to the Burns Unit.
