The works will consist of; (A) a rear ground floor extension comprising additional kitchen, living and dining space, together with WC and Utility spaces, and with a pitched light-well featuring south facing, clerestory glazing over the dining area; (B) the demolition of the existing integral garage and kitchen and the construction of a new side extension in its place comprising a ground floor bedroom and en suite; (C) the widening of the existing vehicular entrance to 3.5M to improve access and enable more practical parking arrangements; (E) the enlargement of an existing front ground floor window to entrance hall to improve light; (D) the works are to be carried out in conjunction with all associated and necessary internal alterations, modifications and external site works as indicated on the submitted drawings.
