The development will consist of proposed external and internal improvement works including new doors and revised crew room at basement level; improved service window and counter areas, with new McDelivery courier area and new stud walls and associated works at ground floor level; new walls and doors at first floor level, with improved dining area fitout works; new walls and doors at second floor level, with new ladder and roof access; new opaque vinyl to existing window on existing shopfront/front eastern elevation; and all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development
