The proposed development consists of a change of use of the F&B 1 unit (currently vacant) at the Lower Plaza level (-1 level) from its approved use as a food and beverage unit, café/restaurant (92.1sq.m. in size) to that of a retail unit. The new unit will include a reception area for the 360 viewing venue on the top floor of the building, and the sale of associated merchandise.
