We, Salta Tyre & Autoservice Holdings Ltd. intend to apply for a Permission for development at this site: Firststop, Clarehall, Malahide Road, Dublin 17 D17 TP95. The development will consist of the following: the extension of the existing reception area (23.50 sq.m) within the current envelope of the building; the change of use of part of the ground floor from office area to car service area (119.60 sq.m); and minor amendments to the front elevation including the provision of a new glazed screen to the extended reception area and 2 no. new roller shutters to provide access to the new service area.
