(i) removal of existing carpark at No. 59A Terenure Road East, removal of existing single-storey structures, including light-industrial building, car wash unit and adjoining commercial sheds within and adjoining the carpark and removal of single-storey sheds to the rear and side of No. 19 Victoria Road; (ii) demolition of non-original single-storey extensions to the side/rear of No. 7 Wasdale Grove and construction of new single-storey rear extension and new second floor level to this dwelling, with all associated internal/external revisions, to provide a five-bedroom house; (iii) extension, widening and upgrade of existing laneway via Victoria Road to facilitate pedestrian/vehicular access; (iv) construction of a residential development comprising 27 no. houses (1 no. three-bedroom two-storey, 24 no. four-bedroom three-storey & 2 no. five-bedroom three-storey) and 1 no. four-storey apartment block accommodating 19 no. one-bedroom apartments; and, (v) all ancillary works including provision of vehicular parking (including 1 no. accessible visitor parking space), public open space, landscaping, boundary treatments, bin/bicycle stores, provision of foul and surface water drainage, blue/green roofs and all site services, infrastructure and associated works necessary to facilitate the development. Each residential unit will have direct access to private amenity space, in the form of a garden and/or a balcony/terrace. Each apartment will have access to a shared vehicular parking bay of 6 no. spaces and 25 no. houses will be served by on-curtilage vehicular parking spaces, with 2 no. houses served by an adjoining parking bay of 2 no. space. The apartment block is intended to provide independent social housing for older residents (55+ years).
