Works will include the demolition of existing non original single storey annexe building to the north gable elevation and part 2 storey extension and return to rear west facing garden elevation. Proposed new works to include provision of new replacement extension to rear and side elevation incorporating new kitchen dining/tv den with side entrance and other ancillary accommodation on ground floor, new two storey return over to rear elevation together with a first floor extension to the north elevation providing 4 bedrooms with ancillary bathrooms, laundry/storage areas. Extension of existing stairs to new 2nd floor bedroom, internal rearrangement of existing ground and first floor rooms within existing house. New mechanical and electrical installation/drainage works throughout. Replacement of non original pvc windows with traditional sliding sash double glazed windows to existing house. Proposed installation of breathable internal dry lining to existing first floor rooms in the existing house. External works will include roof reslating, cleaning and repointing all brick/stone coursing. Provision of 3 car spaces to front and relandscaping front and rear gardens with all associated site works.
