The proposed development consists of the demolition of the derelict structure known as 15 Echlin St which is located on the corner of Echlin St and Grand Canal Place. The structure is not a Protected Structure and is in a derelict state. The demolition works will include for the removal of the structure at 15 Echlin St and the west and south walls which form the boundary with the public footpath. The boundary will be replaced by temporary hoarding.
