The apartments are to consist of six. no. one-bedroom units, four no. two-bedroom units and one duplex three-bedroom unit. The proposed development is to be seven-storeys to Bow Lane West and, in part, eight-storeys to the rising ground at Cromwell's Quarters and it includes areas of balcony and roof terrace.
