The application site is bound by Townsend Street to the south, Prince’s Street South to the east and Gloucester Street South to the north. The proposed development will consist of the provision of 138 no. photovoltaic (PV) panels, with a total area of approximately 296 sqm, at roof level of the existing building, and all associated site and development works.
