Proposed development
The development will consist of an extension and refurbishment of the existing single storey detached bungalow. It will include a single storey flat roof extension to the rear with rooflight. It will include an extension at first floor comprising of a new roof and dormers to provide bedrooms at the new first floor level. There will be 1 no. dormer to the rear and 3 no. dormers to the front. The development will also include the demolition of the existing chimney stacks at either end of the existing bungalow.
