The development will consist of the subdivision and associated part change of use of Anchor Retail Unit 1 at basement and ground floor levels to provide for 2 no. units, comprising an indoor amusement / leisure facility, with ancillary retail, restaurant and bar (new Unit 1a) and a retail unit (new Unit 1b). The proposed development includes associated internal alterations to the subject unit, including works to internal mall elevations and internal mall signage, and all associated works.
