PROTECTED STRUCTURE / RETENTION: Planning permission for: 1) Remodelling of the rear yard to include a screened garden area for the rear mews house, reduced car parking area, an enclosure around an existing freestanding backup generator and bin store, cycle parking in the under croft to the mews, and other landscaping; 2) Replacement of non-original window to the front at basement level with timber sash window; 3) Replacement of non-original window in rear return at first floor level with timber sash window; 4) Removal of the platform lift from street level to basement level to the front of the building, glass balustrade and screed wash to flagstones; and 5) Introduction of new door between the kitchenette in the basement beneath the entrance steps and front cellar. Retention permission for : 1) The use of the premises as Medical and Related Consultants including the use of the top floor as clinic support offices; 2) Single storey timber clad lean-to structure to the return at rear housing plant and equipment; 3) Ductwork and mechanical ventilation equipment installed to the rear of building; 4) Amendments to the internal layout including partition walls at basement level to form treatment rooms and laboratories; a new toilet layout at ground floor in the rear return; partition walls and alterations to opening between two rooms at rear of first floor level to form a scan room; partition walls and opening in an internal wall and blocking up of existing door at rear of second floor level to form a bathroom; and repositioning of an existing partition wall in the front room at third floor level; and 5) Closure of window openings on the rear elevation at basement and at ground floor on the rear return
