(d) Infill of original coach house door to match existing stone walls with entrance door (e) Re-pointing of existing external stone walls with lime mortar. (f) Replacement of all windows and doors with painted timber (g) Internal alterations which include the removal of the existing stairs and all internal partitions and replace with new plan layout. (h) New mechanical and electrical services (i) All associated site works. The site is within a Conservation Area.
