The development will consists of: (i) Demolition of non-original extension of the existing public house, the Ardee House; (ii) Part-demolition of the existing original fabric of public house structure, with the selective retention of external façades; (iii) Construction of a part six-storey mixed-use development to contain: (a) 14 no. Apartments (4 no. Studios and 10 no. 1-bed units), (b) Community Facility (30 sqm) at ground level, (c) Bike and Bin store at ground level, and (d) Communal Amenity Space (75 sqm) at terrace at Fifth floor; and (iv) All associated site works.
