I, Sarah Rossney, seek planning permission for the part refurbishment, ground floor rear extension, front porch extension, and garden room to the rear garden of a two storey terraced house at 170 Kildare Road, Drimnagh, Dublin 12. The proposed development will consist of the construction of a ground floor full width mono pitch extension of 14 m2, front porch extension of 5 m2 (total gross house area including existing house is 75 m2).
