CHANGE OF USE and alterations of existing Garage space, the main works would involve: 1) adding a second floor on top of existing construction with same dimensions in with and length, with increment of height of 3m getting total of 5.4m, with a useful floor area of increment of 14sqm. 2) building of bathroom with shower on the ground floor. 3) drainage works to connect to main drainage 4) Adding windows and doors in: 5) door access with glass on the south direction on the ground floor, 6) windows on ground floor and second floor facing south, 7) one small frozen window for bathroom facing west, 8) one small frozen window facing east, 9) landscaping, boundary treatments and ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
