Proposed development

The development will consist of the demolition of the existing two-storey rear return . We intend construct (1) a two storey extension to include a new kitchen, living and dining areas on the lower level and a new end suite bedroom on the upper level. (2) a new patio flush with lower ground floor level. (3) a new shed / store to the rear of the back garden. (4) limited renovation and refurbishment of host dwelling.
