The demolition of existing single storey rear return, existing non-original single storey shed and garage to the rear of the property. 2. The construction of a new single and partial two-storey storey extension the rear and side of the property inclusive of all associated rooflights, fenestration amendments, pergolas and internal structural alterations. 3. The refurbishment of the existing up and down traditional sash windows, their draft-proofing, and reglazing with slimline double- glazing. 4. The provision of a new Conservation style roof light to the pitch of the main roof to the rear of the property. 5. The repointing of the front façade brickwork in an NHL 2.0 flush point. 6. The widening of the existing vehicular access onto Windsor Road along with ancillary sliding gate, canopy, boundary fence, storage shed and site works. 7. The complete renovation and refurbishment of the retained building, all internal revisions, structural works, rooflights, ground and site works.
