PERMISSION The works comprise the provision of a rear, first floor bedroom extension to the existing duplex accommodation which sits above a vacant ground floor commercial unit. The works also propose an adaptation of the roof to the existing first floor annex to the rear, which forms part of the duplex accommodation, in order to facilitate improved headroom.
