The development will consist/consists of: - Partial demolition of the front tiled roof and front elevation to accomodate the proposed works . – Construction of 2 metal clad first floor dormers providing an additional 1st Floor Bedroom, extended area to the Master Bedroom, and extending over the proposed new stair incorporating a rooflight. –Construction of a single storey bay to the front of the house increasing the floor area of the Ground Floor Living Room. – Demolition of existing access steps, front patio including raised area and railings, and construction of new steps, railings etc – Interior remodelling – All associated external works, services, drainage, and landscaping works required to be undertaken in conjunction with this application.
