Amendments to the north elevation including a revised vehicular and pedestrian opening, new window installation into existing window openings & installation of external insulation, 5.The addition of 4 no. new roof-lights to the existing double pitched roof including 1 no. between the front and rear hipped roofs, 1 no. to the east facing hip of the front/south hipped roof and 2 no. to the north facing pitch of the rear/north hipped roof, 6. The demolition of the existing non-historic boundary wall to Fitzwilliam Lane and the provision of new pedestrian and vehicular gates and entrances to the boundary and, 7. External landscaping associated with the above.
