THE OPERATIONAL LIFESPAN OF THE DEVELOPMENT WILL BE 35 YEARS. THE SITE OF THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT HAS A TOTAL AREA OF C. 0.54 HECTARES. THIS DEVELOPMENT IS COVERED BY THE PROVISIONS OF THE (RED III) RENEWABLE ENERGY DIRECTIVE III (DIRECTIVE (EU) 2023/2413)
