The proposed development will consist of: a 10-year permission for a residential development of 173 no. dwellings, comprising 74 no. apartments and duplex units within apartment and duplex blocks and 99 no. houses (including 4-bed, 3-bed, 2-bed and 1-bed units). The development will also include a creche (c.137.5 sq.m) with capacity for approximately 20 children, a pumping station, alterations to the junction at Abbey Wood Estate and Ballintubber Road, and all associated site development works including internal roads and services, car parking, bicycle parking, public open space, landscaping, drainage infrastructure, footpaths and cycleways, lighting, plant and ancillary works. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared in respect of the proposed development in relation to potential impacts on European Sites and accompanies this planning application.
