1) Permission for retention of the following, a) modifications to the elevations, b) additional production floor area of i) 32 square metres at ground floor level, ii) 22.1 square metres at ground floor mezzanine level, iii) 48.1 square metres at first floor level, iv) 48.1 square metres at second floor level, v) 48.1 square metres at second floor mezzanine level and vi) 48.1 square metres at third floor level. This retention permission relates to the previously permitted New Product Technology Laboratory Extension, Planning ref. 22/5541. 2) Permission for retention of a 3 storey production extension at ground floor level with a second floor mezzanine to the north East of the previously permitted New Product Technology Laboratory Extension, Planning ref. 22/5541. The Extension to be retained has a total floor area of 84 square metres. The development is covered by an existing Industrial Emissions Directive Licence no. P0013. As the development refers to a modification to an establishment to which the major accident directive applies, information as specified in the third schedule of the major accident regulations will be submitted with the application.

What happens next

Permission was granted on 9 Sept 2026. Third parties may appeal within four weeks; after that the permission is final and works can start once a commencement notice is lodged.
