to carry out the following works. The works will consist of the following: 1) The demolition of existing rear extensions, and upgrade works to the existing cottages, including two new extensions to the rear. 2) Connections for both cottages and proposed extensions to existing site services. 3) The upgrade and extension of existing footpath. 5) All ancillary and associated works.
