for development of this site at Trump International Golf Links & Hotel, Doonbeg, Kilrush, Co. Clare, V15 KH39. The development will consist of: a) The construction of new golf tee boxes serving Holes 3 and 17, including associated turfing, edging, contouring and grading works to integrate the golf tee boxes into the existing golf course layout and design; b) The demolition and removal of a section of the existing internal access road, and the realignment and construction of a new and upgraded internal access road, including all associated works and services; c) Landscaping and remodelling of adjoining improved grassland areas, including minor contouring, low earth mounding to improve visual screening, integration of the new golf tee boxes and associated walkways, the formation of a pond and associated wetland areas, and the expansion and enhancement of the existing improved grassland; and, d) All associated site development works, including earthworks, temporary fencing, reseeding, landscaping, ground reinstatement and any ancillary works required to facilitate the development. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared for this development and is submitted with this planning application
