(C) Front / north-western elevation: Replacement of the existing garage door with French doors; upgrade of the flat roof over the front door; and provision of a stone finish around the front door and along the plinth. (D) Left-side / north-eastern elevation: Provision of new windows to the master bedroom and en-suite, and a rooflight to the dressing room. (E) Rear / south-eastern elevation: Provision of new windows to the master bedroom; replacement of the existing back door with a window to Bedroom 2; provision of a rooflight to the bathroom; and removal of the existing rear study door. (F) Right-side / south-western elevation: Replacement of an existing window with a utility door and provision of a rooflight to the hall. (G) Proposed split-level flat-roof extension to the right-side / south-western elevation comprising: At basement level: garage, Bedroom 4 with dressing room, shower room, playroom and hall.
