PERMISSION is sought for the redesign of the existing two storey dwelling house, raising the wall-plate of the existing two storey structure with new roof and floors, likewise with the existing single storey side extension with rooflights over front and back and the demolition and replacement of the existing roof porch, changing fenestration on all gables to accommodate the new design allowing a fully serviced two storey house. PERMISSION to upgrade the existing septic tank to a new biocycle & percolation area, permission for a new private well & all ancillary site works
