Reconfiguration of the Weighbridge Kiosk. 5) Construction of an Entrance Ramp measuring 44.4m (L) x 14.1m (B) x 2.4m (H) from the Site Entrance to the Weighbridges. 6) Construction of a Retaining Wall measuring 44.4m (L) x 0.35m (B) x 2.7m (H) between the Front Yard and Entrance Ramp. 7) Repositioning and reconfiguration of the Administration and Welfare Facility and car parking areas. 8) Construction of a Storage Building measuring 3.0m (L) x 2.9m (B) x 2.5m (H). 9) Repositioning of the Lorry Parking Area from south boundary to the east boundary and increase in parking spaces from 9 No. to 10 No. 10) Repositioning of the Odour Control Unit 25m northeast and reconfiguration of the unit. 11) Installation of a Baler and construction of Shed Over measuring 36.2m (L) x 8.5m (B) x 13.5m (H). 12) Recontouring of an embankment area to the north of Rear Storage Yard to be level with the Rear Storage Yard covering an area of 730m². 13) Construction of a Firewater Storage Tank measuring 3m (radius) x 8.0m (H) and Pump Building measuring 12.2m (L) x 2.4m (B) x 3m (H) located within the recontoured area. 14) Repositioning of approximately 40m of northwest boundary fence by 8m inwards towards the centre of the site. 15) Repositioning of the Substation from within Waste Processing Building to 13m west outside of the building. The Substation measures 11.2m (L) x 4.4m (B) x 3.0m (H). 16) Installation of 2 No. Generators. 17) Repositioning of 2 No. diesel tanks from northeastern boundary of the Waste Processing Building to 10m west of the building. 18) Additional area of landscaping along the western boundary of the site measuring 600m². This application is accompanied by an EIA Screening Report, AA Screening Report, Planning and Environmental Report and Drawings
