Proposed development
for the development of infilling of land, using imported inert material consisting of natural materials of clay, sub soil & stone in order to raise the levels and improve the land for agricultural purposes together with all ancillary site works. The total quantity of material will not exceed 48000 metres cubed (class 5 material as per third schedule part 2). The lands will be covered with topsoil and reseeded with grass when complete and will include all ancillary and associated site. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) has been prepared and accompanies this application
