It is proposed to extend the site to the North-East and replace the previously permitted 10 no. two-bedroom duplex apartment units with 10 no. dwelling houses comprising of: 2 no. three-bedroom two-storey semi-detached dwellings and 8 no. two-bedroom two-storey terraced dwellings within 2 no. terraced blocks of 4 units. The proposed development also includes associated car parking, bicycle parking, bin storage, landscaping, boundary treatments, alterations to the internal road and footpath layout, site services and all associated site development works above and below ground.
