Renovate and extend ladies and gents changing rooms and toilets on ground floor and first floor extension to incorporate office, gym, store and new clubhouse entrance foyer and external lighting. 5. Construct external balcony at first floor level of clubhouse overlooking tennis courts. 6. Resurface and redevelop existing carpark.
