Proposed development

a single storey Holy Angels Day Care Centre and Hydrotherapy Pool, including rooftop plant equipment. The development will include four activity rooms, therapy and multidisciplinary rooms, a staff canteen, toilets and changing rooms, hydrotherapy pool with changing facilities, and other ancillary accommodation. Associated site works will include road and pedestrian access, car parking, a children’s outdoor play area, landscaping, substation and a bin store. The protected structure, Kelvin Grove house (RPS number CT24), is listed as a protected structure, and the proposed development is therefore in the curtilage of a protected structure. Kelvin Grove house will be retained however single-storey extensions to the rear are to be demolished.
