The proposed development will consist of a single storey industrial and/or Warehouse unit (Unit A9) with two-storey ancillary offices and an internal ESB substation. All ancillary site development works to include the extension of the existing estate road including turning circle, a pedestrian and cycle link to the adjoining residential development (Cappaghfinn), a trucking yard to rear, underground duct work, drainage, utility services, site lighting, estate road lighting, car parking, motorcycle parking landscaping, cycle shelters and signage to the proposed unit all form part of this application. Unit A9 has a gross internal floor area of 3354 sq.m. The unit A9 site area is 1.373 Hectares.
