The proposal will comprise of: At basement - 3 no. meeting rooms with ancillary office; Staff canteen; Staff changing area; Ancillary areas – circulation, WC, showers, storage, etc. At ground floor: Flexible studio; Gym; Reception / lounge area with kitchenette; Meeting room; Admin office; 1 no. treatment room with office; Ancillary areas – circulation, WC, showers, storage, etc. At first floor: Open plan office; Ancillary areas – circulation, WC, showers, storage, etc. Externally: Soft landscaping to north; Bicycle shelter with sheltered and secure parking for 10 no. bicycles; Refuse storage area with capacity for 3 no. 1,100 litre bins, to allow for recycling and waste segregation; 1 no. MS Ireland signage at first floor level, backlit, to north elevation; 1 no. MS Ireland signage at first floor level, backlit, to east elevation; 1 no. backlit signage panel adjacent to main entrance door at ground floor level; replacement of existing timber cladding with timber effect composite or similar. The proposed development includes all associated and ancillary works, including internal fit-out works and new AOVs to roof.
