All of the proposed works are to be carried out within an area of 380 sq.m. on the existing second floor level. Otherwise the appearance of the extension will be retained as permitted under Reg. Ref. FW18A/0181 and as subsequently amended by Planning Permission Reg. Ref: FW20A/0082.
