Proposed development
The proposed development will consist of: Complete replacement of windows and introduction of splayed, coloured aluminium spandrel panels and extruded pressure caps at 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor level. Glass replacement to the feature faceted curtain walling facade facing south onto the main roundabout. Glass replacement to the faceted curtain walling facade above the main entrance. Complete replacement of windows and introduction of vertical, flat aluminium spandrel panels at ground floor level. Removal of intermediate transoms from the penthouse glazing to accommodate new, full height vision panels. Replacement of pressure caps within all curtain walling facades. Upgrades to the metal balustrade and basement vents at ground floor podium. New paint to the external walls of the staircases located at the gable walls and to ground floor plinths.
