The Alterations will consist of combining 2 no. existing ground floor commercial units (4 Ashe Street and 6 Ashe Street) into a single unit. 4 Ashe Street as constructed has an area of 159 sqm. 6 Ashe Street as constructed has an area of 159 sqm. The proposed combined unit will have an area of 322 sqm. The existing elevations of the building will not be effected by this application. The application will also seek to change the use of the units. The permitted use of 4 Ashe Street is retail and of 6 Ashe Street is also retail. The proposed new use for the combined unit will be as a shop use with an ancillary off-license.
