Proposed development
Amendment to previously permitted development Fingal County Council Reg. Ref. F20A/0023 (An Bord Pleanála ABP-309158-21) and further amendments Fingal County Council Reg Ref F21A/0563 on site with overall area of 2.5 hectares (this is increased from 1.4 hectares in permitted development Reg Ref F21A/0563 which is increased from 0.91hectares in permitted development F20A/0023). The proposed development will consist of building 'F' the construction of a single storey 6.85 metre high 1060 sq.m. motor service, sales and link building extension to permitted building 'D'; construction of building 'G' a single storey 6.85 metre high 1,000 sq. mt motor service and sales facility; relocation of permitted building 'E' (a single storey 5.1 metre high 55 sq.m wash and valeting building) to western boundary. The development will include for the provision of additional (128no.) parking spaces, hard and soft landscaping, drainage and boundary treatments, attached and free standing signage, forming new secondary site entrance on southern boundary. These changes result in revision to permitted parking and driveway layouts, permitted hard and soft landscaping and drainage. (construction of permitted building 'A', 'B' 'C' and 'D' has now commenced on site).
