Carry out alterations to the rear elevation of the flat roof extension to the Mariner's Hall Building. Works to comprise of the installation of 3 new doorsets, 2 including high level vision panels on the southwest elevation of the building within an existing service yard to provide access to the interior of the flat roof section only. To create 4 no. internal rooms of circa 30 sq.m. each, an internal access corridor, and a small room of circa 7 sq.m. Works are to facilitate the current use of storage operational and maintenance operations in a more efficient manner using the proposed new access routes. Works are proposed to the flat roof extension section that is connected to the Mariner's Hall (RPS 560) - No works are proposed to the protected section of the structure.
