Construction of 21 no dwellings comprising (a) 2 no. four bedroom 2 storey detached dormer dwellings with attic accommodation (House Type 1); (b) 1 no. four bedroom 2 storey detached dormer dwelling with attic accommodation (House Type 1A); (c) 2 no. 3-bedroom 2 storey semi-detached dwellings (House Type 1B); (d) 14 no. three bedroom 2 storey semi-detached dwellings (House Type 2) and (e) 2 no. 3 bedroom 2 storey semi-detached dwellings, with optional room at attic level (House Type 2A). Each dwelling will be provided with private amenity space and 2 no. on-curtilage parking spaces; (ii) provision of vehicular access to serve the development off Chapel Lane and 5 no. separate vehicular access points off the R130 Road to serve Unit Nos. 1,2,3,4 & 5. (iii) provision of an access road, footpaths and landscaped public open space; (iv) provision of SuDs surface water drainage and (v) all other associated site development works including landscaping and boundary treatments and all ancillary infrastructural and engineering works necessary to facilitate the development. Planning permission has previously been granted under Reg. Ref.
