Residential development on lands at the Naul Road, Brackenstown, Swords, Co. Dublin (bounded by Knocksedan Housing Estate to the north and the driveway to Brackenstown House which is a protected structure, to the south) and parkland adjacent to the River Ward and Knocksedan Wood. The development also includes for the provision of open space 3.899 Ha (Class 1) parkland within the Linear Park adjacent to the River Ward and Knocksedan Wood). This application is accompanied by an Environmental Impact Statement (E.I.S.). The development will consist of 191 houses (comprising 38 No. four bedroom two storey semi-detached houses, 24 No. five bedroom two and half storey semi-detached houses, 98 No. four bedroom two storey detached houses, 30 No. five bedroom two storey detached houses and 1 No. two storey 217 sq.m. childcare facility Option Type F house), landscaping, siteworks, children's play area, ESB substation, new entrance feature with signage to Naul Road, demolition of existing and construction of new boundary treatments and the felling of trees (a number of which are included in the Brackenstown/Brazil Swords Tree Preservation Order). The area of the site is c. 16.38 Ha. (including 3.899 Ha parkland). Significant further information has been furnished for revisions in relation to:- site layout, house type layouts, services proposals, childcare facility, boundary treatments, external finishes, landscaping layout and details, tree protection measures and a bat survey for a residential development at Naul Road, Brackenstown (bounded by Knocksedan Housing Estate to the north and the driveway to Brackenstown House which is a protected structure, to the south) and parkland adjacent to the River Ward and Knocksedan Wood. The development also includes for the provision of open space 3.899 Ha (Class 1) parkland within the Linear Park adjacent to the River Ward and Knocksedan Wood.
