A total of 102 no dwellings with rooftop photovoltaic solar panel array etc. Car Parking and Bicycle parking spaces, Boundary Treatments, Private and Public open Spaces and associated site development works. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application. .
