A single storey Childcare Facility with rooftop photovoltaic solar panel array, ancillary private outdoor play area and dedicated vehicle parking/drop –off area. 4. A total of 102 no dwellings with rooftop photovoltaic solar panel array etc. Car Parking and Bicycle parking spaces, Boundary Treatments, Private and Public open Spaces and associated site development works. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application. .
