Permission for development which consists of: McDonald’s Restaurants of Ireland Ltd. intend to apply for permission for development at 36 Shop Street, Galway, H91 K4A9. The development will consist of improvement works to the existing shopfront/eastern elevation including redecorated glazing frames to the door and upper floor windows, new shopfront cladding and lighting including new uplighters; internal modifications to facilitate layout/fitout upgrades; improvement works to the existing rear/west elevation to include new internal security door leaves to existing frame at corral entrance and new security door fronting onto Market Street; new high edge protection railing on the roof for safety purposes; and all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development
